Problem after enabling R&D mode

After I enabled the R&D mode, I can't put my 770 into the flash mode (showing USB icon) even I hold down the home button with the power. All I see is a wrench icon and then it will boot into the user interface. I tried many times and I cannot put it into a flash mode to chang it back to non R&D mode or reflash. Anyone can help me with this problem?

and is ./flasher running (as root?)

and is the charger disconnected?
