Good news! Maemo.org has officially announced the release of the Maemo 4.0 (Chinook) SDK for the new Internet Tablet OS 2008. Release notes and installation instructions for developers are now online. Maemo.org also mentions that the Nokia N810 Internet Tablet is now on route to the distribution channels so expect to see them at your local store and online in the next few weeks.Read the full article. Oooooooh... I wish the title would have said SDK... :o At least it means the user image will be coming soon.

I don't know if anyone read the release notes, but now lists the fixed bugs in it and the bug number in question.
Hopefully this will be the case also with the new OS, a complete release notes, with bugs that have been fixed.
btw, you need VDSO support in the kernel or scratchbox will fail with some random lib ptr errors...
(What i learned while installing this today, that and make-kpkg will fail to build your nvidia kernel module if you have paravirtualisation on! ;-)
