Problem with latest OS2007HE & Initfs_Flasher

I've had a dual boot ever since I got my 770, OS2006 on the MMC and OS2007HE on the flash, I have reflashed to newer versions of OS2007HE a few times, always reflashed to the faster kernel then flashed the Fanous' bootmenu which has always worked great.....

Until now, I have installed the latest OS2007HE, flashed the kernel, however when I try to flash the bootmenu I get an error at the end.

./initfs_flash: 243 /Dir..../mkfs.jffs2: not found
Cannot find initfs,bootmenu.jffs2, something failed, nothing flashed.

I have rebooted a few times.

Any ideas?

False alarm.... turns out that the download was corrupt! however there wasnt any real errors on extraction! redownloaded and all is fine!

That's strange. Same thing was reported at least twice. Broken download can happen for many reasons but why both gzip and tar don't report premature end of file is beyond my comprehension.
