Xterm on 2008 OS

Has anyone been able to install xterm (preferably the "advanced" version) on OS 2008? I've tried the version from maemo-hackers, and it fails with numerous dependency issues. I haven't been able to download the advanced version from maemo.org - I get an error from midgard that the server is running.

Any pointers?

It's already installed. Look under utilities (I think) at the bottom of the list - you have to scroll.

Arghhh... And I did see a post to that effect, just didn't scroll far enough. Please give me small menus again, Nokia!
