Firefox Extensions

Can one install Firefox extensions? If so, how?

The one I would love to install is GrabandDrag (http://grabanddrag.mozdev.org/), which would add flick scrolling to the device.

I would be very interested to see if this works. I would rather a fat scrollbar on the side, but this would be very fun to show off!

Perhaps I'll write an extension (or a set of extensions) to improve finger browsing.

Hey Capt'n Corrupt:
I don't understand the instructions in Aflegg's link and I'm sure I'll screw it up. Why don't you do Grabanddrag and then maybe you can teach me how. I also like your idea of a fat scroll bar.
