Okay I confess, it's more of a UMPC device than a standard PMP, but no doubt the two are overlapping more and more; Just look at the Cowon Q5 for instance. For you envious onlookers out there wishing you lived in Korea right about now, you're not alone. That's why I believe we should all make the pilgrimage to the land of Milk and DAP's at least once in our life. Or better yet, get someone to export these babies overseas.

I was just about to post about that one, as I just saw it on engadget:

http://www.engadget.com/2007/12/11/upop-pmp-treads-dangerously-close-to-umpc-territory/

It reminds me a LOT of two things:

1) the Nokia tilt screen patent application (and I bet Nokia wont defend against it just like they haven't tried to defend against the AT&T Tilt).

2) the formats I posted for a mockup in the N900 thread (it just needs 2 dpads on the side-rails, and maybe move the speakers to the shoulders, and it would just about be where I want ... after you drop windows off the thing).

If that thing is less then 300$ then it will slaughter pretty much anything at that price.
