Proxy in Application Manager

Is there a way to get Application Manager to use a proxy with userid/password authentication? This works fine browsing, but it seems Application Manager doesn't ask for user/pass for the proxy... Any way around it?

Hmmm. I don't have much of an answer for you, as I've forgotten most of it, but you may find some kind of joy exporting proxy settings in a profile file somewhere. If I can remember anything more specific, I'll post it. Unless I forget ;-)
