Program Versions?

OS2008 and update.

Is there an easy way of determining which version of a given program you are using? I am running GPE ToDo on which I cannot set up categories since it closes down when I hit the 'New Category' button.

Maybe there's a newer version with this bug fixed, I'm thinking?

In application manager you can:
upgrade
or in installed applications, click on detail and it will tell you the version number.
