Has anyone been successful in obtaining spare parts for a Nokia device? The online customer support won't even give me a quote for labor / parts unless I send the device in.

tessco.com sells some parts, but they have a minimum of $125 on orders. See

http://www.tessco.com/products/headerProductSearch.do?searchType=1&searchText=n810&searchField=1

I will try to call Nokia on Monday and report on their policies.

Spoke with Nokia customer service on the phone and was told they do not sell repair parts under any circumstances. Bummer.

actually, tessco.com doesn't sell to consumers at all. you have to be a dealer preapproved by nokia to buy anything from them.

I am looking for a stand for a N800 and a back cover. If you have an n800 with bad screen out of warranty or these parts for other reason.

Please let me know,

Thanks
