HA! No thank you, not at that price. I could buy five 16gb sdhc before I could buy one of those. That is FIVE 16gb sdhc cards--80GB!!!

Eh, it's SanDisk. Look at how their 8GB and 16GB cards price out now. Give it until summer 'til they're under $200.

Exactly! I also figure the competition will have them priced @ 199 by June. :)

... and rumors of 128GB sometime next year.

- by this time next year, the 32GB SDHC cards should be at the US$99 price point, especially if some 'hot' devices using the storage hit the market... perhaps more folks will move to digital cameras?

(i'm glad to see SDHC take center stage - MS ProDuo is not one of my favorite media [even though i have a TV, PSP, and camera that require the format])

at this rate the N800 can nicely keep up with the ipods in storage ;)

Imagine having 3000 songs on the card. Now imagine how long it will take for the Media Player to reindex the files. :)

I love my n810, but it's a shame they went with miniSD instead of the standard SD format. When will we see sizes like that in the miniSD format? Ever?

Remember that with a female to female USB adapter USB adapter your able to use most any thumb drive.
So if you need 32GB NOW:
at amazon (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000XUMR6C/interactiveda8715-20) for $230.

hmm, off-topic but could one use a ethernet adapter with usb otg?
that would make the N8x0's into some very interesting networking tools :D

Yup, memory card prices after launch probably fall faster than any other product.

I can't wait until the 16GB microSDHC cards are out. Hurry up Sandisk! :D

8GB just doesn't do it for me. Although chances are when I get the 16GB I'll just say the same thing, hehe.

Off-topic indeed, and described in other threads to boot.
SEARCH FIRST YOU ~!@#$%^&*()_+;)
But yes, you can, some people have, go search the various OTG threads for which ones are known to work with/without what kernel modules.
