[Canola] Is there a double tap option?

Loving Canola 2, great app. Actually used it to blow 4 people away to the point where they get N810's themselves, should be getting comission......... damn.

Anyway, when I'm scrolling through albums (Album Art view) or pictures I often accidentally open the file that my finger is one when I start scrolling though them. Is there an option anywhere to make files only open after a double tap?

Tap once is ignored to allow for reliable scrolling and eliminate accidental file opening, tap again and the file opens.

Is this possible, either now or in future?

Well, you probably imagined that we've tried it.. the problem with double click is that it gets even harder to make it work flawlessly.

The double tap would only work if the screen was sensitive enough, thus we would use it for other things =) the thing is you need to put a little bit more "strenght' or pressure when scrolling..to make sure it will not click.. if you release the finger a little bit it will count like a click : /

We will avoid this, because if everything demands double click then we fall into some pitfalls I don't want to fall...

And we are not implemeting select (tap, select, tap open) =)

So : is not possible now, and probably will not be possible in the future... (I know it sucks but... we will try to improve over time.. )

Do you have the same also in the regular list? I have a felling that we didn't update the variables for the grid views (icons / albums etc)
