Can anyone jelp out with this application manager problem with os2008
I am even not able to install skype or any other software through application manager it show " downloading 1Kb" amd nothing happens for 20 min.

Please someone help me on this

Hi. Go to the menu of the Application manager and choose Tools => Log...

If any of the repositories are having errors, go to Tools => Application catalog... select the repository, click the edit button, and disable the repository.

Tried this thing even now also not able to install skype same thing with maemo extras

I had all sorts of problems with application manager. I removed all repositories and installed them all again from http://www.gronmayer.com/it/. This seemed to have solved my problems but BEWARE: you will not be able to install updates to some applications anymore. If you run into this you can reinstall the application or enter red pill mode.
