[Canola] Scroll down in When viewing tracks

When I go in to an album and see a list of tracks how do I scroll down the list? I see a scroll bar on the right that fades away after a second but I can't figure out how to scroll. Shouldn't this be able to be done with the hard buttons? Am I just an idiot. :p
