Is there any way to hear to .ram, .rm or rpm files? I mean, I tried various times to hear to the italian public radio, but the audio player tells me the file is not playable.
I hear it on my PC through Real Player. Here are some references:

I was wondering whether, using Total Recorder or so, I could generate an MP3 stream to which I could hear through Slimserver (that I already use with no problems with my MP3. Or, does Slimserver manage Real files? I read somewhere on its documentation that it is possible to convert on the fly MP3 of 320 kbps or so to a lower bitrate stream such as 32 kbps or 64 kbps, in order for them to occupy a reduced bandwidth, so guess that this could be possible also with Real files if only they were managed by Slimserver.
