Switching on at night!

I have my Nokia for 1 week and I have every night the same problem that it switches on automatically. The only exception is after charging.

I think this might be a very strange bug because you can't switch the Nokia on with the cover closed (magnetic switch or something like that)

Does anyone recognize this problem?

Its possessed by an evil spirit. Did you save the reciept? Should be covered under warranty ;)

I wonder...

Newtons have a similar behaviour: they all wake up at 3 AM every night to do some internal housekeeping (mostly to do with the PIM-functions, so maybe the similarity is only superficial after all).

Of course, Newtons are well-behaved enough that they switch themselves off again. Does your 770 stay on?
