Can't Log On to Secure Sites

I can't logon to a # of secure sites such as www.yahoo.com or www.wamu.com or www.quixtar.com..... does anyone know why the 770 can't access such sites? Could it be a setting, I've tried them all!

I can login to quixtar so I am not sure what could be wrong.

You shouldn't have any problems with Yahoo.
I am able to logon Yahoo, bank of america and most of the other financial sites.
Only a few minor site I was not able to logon but these sites don't support opera anyway.

Hard to figure out what the problems are. try different locations and connects and if all fails, flash the N770.

Something is wrong...I have accessed bank sites (super secure) with no problem.

I really need to download the maemo file bt_xfer.deb the bluetooth transfer utiility for use with my camera phone but the download site is secure!!

Does anyone know where a ftp or alternate d/l site is where I can d/l this file?

PS. If I Backup all my settings to reflash my device, how do I know this security error won't be captured with the backup?
