MediaStreamer can't run OS2007HE

Hi,

run Media Streamer on OS2007HE and it worked fine.
Than tried to run it in command line mode.
Going back to gui can't run Media Streamer.
I get loading, loading, loading
and nothing more.

How to debug the problem ?
Un installed, installed again
and no change.

urgent help pls
