Where to buy a N810 in Canada

I'm on Vancouver right now, so do you know any physical store that sells N810 on Vancouver?

And, any great online store I can trust?

I've seen that most of them are out of stock of N810. It is expensive to pay 450cad for my N810 (incl. taxes and shipping)?

in burnaby. out of stock right now. but if you order it, you pay a deposit and they'll get it pretty quickly. other than that i don't know any physical store.
