Verizon Problem

I can't seem to get my 770 to access the internet via my phone. My phone is the LG VX9800. The bluetooth pairing seems to be fine. I have the 770s setting setup as:

Dial-up number: #777
User Name: XXXXXXXXXX@vzw3g.com
Password: vzw

The 770 initiates the connection and the VX9800 displays the calling message. After about ten seconds, the 770 displays a message stating that "authentication failed". I have used the 9800 with my computer so I know it works. If you have any ideas about this problem I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.

I had a problem with pairing a 6600 on tmobile with the 770, but one day it just started working. My suggestion is delete the setting off your 770 and delete the setting off your phone and start over. Maybe there's one character missing or wrong that you didn't catch. Sometimes when you're so into it, you make the same mistakes over and over and not see it. It happens to me.
