I've had very mixed experiences with expansys B grade stock - ordered two Palms, both listed "as new", same price. One was indeed that, the other was well worn. Had to argue a little with E to accept it back.

Anyway, it's still a potential bargain, and if I wasn't happy with my 800 I'd be snapping one up!
