Sometimes when I'm in X terminal, I really want to be able to use a control key (like ctl-c - yes I know it's rude, but hey...)
So how do you do that?
I'd have expected a "sticky" key (like shift), and maybe it's right there in front of me - but I can't see it.
Maybe I just need to get a bt keyboard? I'm coming from the wince world and never expected to be using this like a real computer.
Thanks!

well, ahm

it is :D

On the bottom shortcuts bar you have a shortcut CTRL that pops up a dialog in which you type the key you want - i.e. c for ctrl+c

you might have your bottom bar hidden - go to View-> show toolbar ->
