What's the minimum post count needed to PM and / or email?

I searched through the FAQs for about a half hour trying to find out the minimum post count needed to PM and / or email other forum members?
I ran into that a few years back & I'm just guessing that's why I can't see any PM & email buttons on the posts.

Click on the name of the user to get to the profile page. There you can send a private message under "Contact Info".
