N800 and BT gps not pairing, help.

How did you get your n800 to pair up with the ABG 108. I went to control panel enabled bluetooth, selected new and N800 lists my gps. After that, I get one of two messages: slowly, "pairing failed, device resources exceeded" or, quickly, "authentication failed."
Help, Please. Thanks in advance!
