Can't remove mailbox - email account

Hi All,

I want to remove the email account I set up. Per the tools it should be fairly simple. I went to the Inbox, selected Tools, Mailbox Settings, Selected the Mailbox I wanted to delete.

The 770 provides a warning message and asks to Delete Anyway? I selected Delete and nothing happens. The only choices are Delete or Cancel.

Any thoughts?

IraI can't do this either. But I can't even get into Tools. I click on View Inbox, and the menu does not even include Tools. Can't get to it through control panel either. What am I missing? I have version 1.2006.26-8

It might be conflicting with the receiving of email when you were trying to delete the account. Try to close the email app, disconnect from the network, and try again.
