I'm pretty sure the tablets are the same size in Canada that they are everywhere else. At least, the N800s qole brought to the summit appeared normal, if badly scratched.

Of course you can check craigslist, they do pop up there every now and then. In fact I see a N800 in Montreal just now ($150 with 2G SD card, http://montreal.en.craigslist.ca/ele/1032017401.html), which prompted me to post here :-) (no, it is not mine, I don't know the seller, etc, etc)
