I'm running beta 11 on Diablo (5.2008.43-7) on my N800. I've had a couple issues that mostly went back to my internal flash being full, but I've made plenty of space and everything seems to be working fine now.

Except...

My problem is audio. Podcasts download and play just fine. Music plays just fine. But if I play it in my car, as soon as I get in the car and make it to the end of the street, I hear the alert for the wifi dropping, and then the podcast/music stops playing. I've not been able to restart it until I get back home, exit Canola, and relaunch it.

Is it the alert sound that's interrupting the playback? Or is it the loss of the wifi signal?

happens to me too. definatly seems to be related to losing the network, as it sometimes dies when the internet connectio via the phone fails. System sounds do not seem to affect tthe behavior for me.

x3 - once wifi drops, Canola stops playing audio. It's slightly annoying. I think I can usually just restart Canola and it's fine (I'll activate offline mode too, if I'm heading out).

Check to make sure you aren't running at an alternate cpu policy setting with the advanced battery applet.

Disconnecting the wifi manually also stops Canola for you guys? Tried it here and it kept playing normally.

I always use Canola (MP3s) in offline mode...

Has a bug report been sent about this problem?

I started using Canola again after some time, and I noticed this bug too. I would just put it in offline mode, but I am using a bluetooth headset, and the off-line mode turns bluetooth off also! :/
