the connect to the Internet functioned - perfectly

I have a similar problem with the WiFi connection at work (very ironic, seeing as how I work for Nokia). I always get the "unable to connect to one or more accounts" error. Internet access works-- it's everything else that doesn't.

I don't encounter this on my WiFi at home. I'm starting to understand it's a DNS issue, but no idea exactly how or why or even what the fix is. Even the techs here are mystified.
