How hard to convert this?

I have gotten this program for the PC:

It seems to consist of an EXE file that accesses a lot of .DLL files that are on the cd. Any clue as to if this is able to be converted to the NIT? It says it runs on Win98 and above (NOT on Win95).

Sorry. If it wasn't written for Linux (and one of the compatible authoring environments -- e.g., Python, C, QT, etc.), then you're out of luck.
