I actually need to know this before it is release so that I may cancel my pre-order.

Does the N900 support Thai language?

I searched the web and can't find any.

thanks.

That is not a complete answer. I do remember somebody posting screen shots of the device in Chinese and saying that asian languages are supported. Keep on looking.

Displaying Thai should work well. Maybe you'd have to install an appropriate font, though.
But I doubt that the preinstalled applications will be localized for Thai.

Right, I am not looking for the whole interface being Thai, guess I am just looking for font support.

I plan on going over to asia coming March and chances are I'll be using local sim and people will sms me in thai and I am worried that it will show up in blocks or some weird characters.

N800 ใช้ตัวอักษรไทยได้แต่ต้อง install font ก่อน
N900 ก็คงใช้ได้เหมือนกัน
