Conversations app error

I just got my phone a hour ago and have a question. From the time i started the phone every minute or so i get " Internal Error: Application: "Conversations" Closed.

How do i fix this?

Do you have any IM accounts configured? If so try deleting and re-adding those accounts, otherwise you may have to reflash the device.

nope no im created. fresh out of the box and have this error. is re-flashing the only option?
