Komputika.net/maemo down?

Hello..,

having just upgraded to the latest OS, and wanting to install
Midnight Commander, the url hosting mc:
www.Komputika.net/maemo
is closed ?

Does anyone know if the maemo repositories are mirrored anywhere? I just bought a 770 and have noticed that a number of repositories are either down or do not seem to host the applications listed at http://maemo.org/apps/apps_maemo_2_0.html.

Could it be due to the new update of Maemo.org? Check out http://test.maemo.org/applications/ to see if what you're looking for is available for installation. BTW, both of those sites work just fine for me.

I have yet to be able to install an application from this site. All I get are 404 errors when clicking on the Install links.

Yeah, I think that is just set up for web masters/designers and possibly developers to test. I hope they launch the final version soon though. A lot of people are looking for their pitch forks and torches around here with all the Application Manager complaints going on.

BTW, I successfully installed mplayer from there just now, so maybe some of the .install files are still a work in progress.
