This is my second NOKIA 770 that has to go in for service (WSO my screen displays all white. anyone ever heard of this? LOL :) ). Now, as an experienced defective 770 owner, I dont wish to make the same mistake twice. My first time, I used the online Repair Site at the www.nokiausa.com site and they had me send it to Melbourne Fla. I was then informed it had to go to TEXAS. Well, now this time, I see in the Reapir Website, they list the 770 and it this time stold me to send it to:
NOKIA Auth Repair Center
C/O ENTRONIX
12999 Wilfred LA North
Suite 100
Rogers MN 55374-4589
Ok, sounds good, even a new address and company. Thought I was on to something. Well, to be safe, I sent a very explicit email to NOKIA saying that I had been run around before and did not want to waste 7 days repair time because I sent to the wrong place. So what do I get:
Ron, in order to have your Nokia 770 Internet Tablet replaced, we recommend sending the device to the address listed below:
Nokia Authorized Repair Center
AC/O Palo
2914 Green Cove Road
Huntsville AL 35803-3526
"reccommend" that makes me feel like I received a definitive answer doesnt it? Anyway, does anyone know EXACTLY what NOKIA Authorized Repair Facility does definitely do the NOKIA n770?
Thanks guys n gals, Im near Wash DC BTW.
