In firefox swap your finger from right to left, then click the button down-right corner whcih opens preferences and you can remove history from there

Download it at www.mozilla.com/m with your n900. WARNING* is still in beta so is pretty slow compare to the original browser integrated with the N900

I have some browser problems. It won't open the page, it just stays white. So i tried to clean the history, but when i tap 'options' nothing happens...
how can this be?
I'm having the same problem - when I fire up Firefox on my N900, the first screen it displays is my history - which includes several sites I'd rather the wife/etc don't see.
I've used the preferences -> Clear private data option, but it doesn't clear the history.
Is this a bug? Is there a way to manually clear the history?
Any help appreciated.

haha you r doomed :D
P.S: sorry i too have that bug, but it doesn't bother me :P
@arjunkumar87 - what is your point?
Anyway for anyone else interested in knowing, I found a rather forceful way of deleting history including bookmarks. In my Fennec profile dir, I deleted the places.sqlite* and autocomplete.json files. Fennec automatically recreates these files if they're missing on startup.
cd /home/user/.mozilla/fennec/(random-chars).default/
rm places.sqllite* autocomplete.json
Replace (random-chars) with whatever your random profile dir is.
Note this will delete all your bookmarks too, so use with care.
