How do you zoom out?

I zoom in when I double click on the screen, but i can't figure out how to zoom out. Any ideas?

Double tap again to zoom out or

Swirl your finger/stylus in a spiral/circular motion - Clockwise to zoom in, Anti-clockwise to zoom out.

try using the volume rocker as it also functions as zoom-in or out.
