Are there 2 tabs that slide under when inserting memory card?

Is there 2 tabs that slide under with memory card? With the memory card inserted only the left tab slides under when you push the memory card holder up. The tab on the right side, kinda just sits on top of the memory card and the memory card hold is at a slight angle.
Is it messed up?
