Hello!

This is my first theme named "Love".

Are you a girl? Do you think you phone is not cute enought? Do you just want pink theme for your N900? If answer in any of questions is "Yes" or even "Maybe...", this is great theme to you!

"How i can install it?"

1. Download the .deb file to your PC from https://garage.maemo.org/projects/lovetheme/
2. Install rootsh from extras-devel (if you dont know what is it, you can find easy guide with google in seconds)
3. Connect your N900 to your PC with USB-cable and move the .deb file in your N900.
4. Open x-terminal and type:

sudo gainroot
cd /home/user/MyDocs/ (or where ever you move it)
dpkg -i love_0.2_armel.deb
5. Close the x-terminal and go Settings -> Themes to change your theme.
6. Reboot your phone to get icons work.
7. Enjoy!

Please tell me if you find any bugs or have some ideas to improve Love theme. I hope you like it... :)


PS. My english sucks, so somebody want fix my text to looks better please send it to me with PM so i can replace it..

I hope so, my girlfriend is like "Ooooooh :OOOO" when i show her my phone and wants own N900 too. So maybe there is some girls :3

0.3 is out, SMS-screen is now fixed and not look stupid with white background. Please download and tell what you think about this!

Quick question: is it compatible with the new firmware? Most of the unofficial themes aren't and don't have icons for the app manager. Though for a Hot Pink Theme, I might not care.

I have been use this theme after 0.1 to found the bugs etc, and i can say the app manager icons are working great after yesterday firmware update :)

I think it's rather fun as it is! I don't think I'd want to look at it on a daily basis but I'd certainly use it for Valentines Day! And I'm not the average girlie. Your g/f might be a better judge than I. It made me feel a need for an animated heart widget to wander lovingly around my desktop. ;)

I think you should make a version of a bit lighter pink. Very bright pink usually makes text kinda hard to read. And I'd definitely use a lighter pink theme if you were to make one :D.

Yes there are....well....... if being 38 is still a girl :p;)

This def. will look good on my N900 with my silicon Pink case ::cool:..

EDIT: will go for 'Naughty' option for a less pinkish theme...
just tone down the color a bit...

Thank you Steady,

I am really pleased with myself as this is the first thing that I have done that isn't "run of the mill" on my N900 (and I'm a girl)!!!!! lol

Just to comment, some of the widget fonts are hard to read, eg, 'Dataplan Monitor' and 'IP Address' widgets.

Also, as the others have said, it could do with toning it down a bit!!!!
