What's the biggest card working with the 770 now. I'm using the Kingston 2gb.
Can we use the 4gb card (or bigger) or is that just for the new OS with the 800?

AFAIK, RS-MMC 4GB cards don't exist. And if they did, the question is whether the 2GB-patched kernel would support them.
