Media player CD cover image file name

I've a few albums that show the CD cover in the preview but others don't. What is the filename that the CD cover image must have?

Hi dieg, I don't know how to insert CD cover images separately from the mp3 file, I usually embed covers into the mp3 Tags. You can use Mp3tag for that.
