Anyone have any luck pairing the 770 with a Samsung T509?

I go thru the pairing process and the 770 regerates a code which I entered into the phone. However, the two don't seem to be communicating at all.

Any ideas?

I use mine together all the time... Pairing was smooth with no issues..

Do you have t-zones by chance?

If so, you will need to set up some advanced settings

:) I would think that with the T-Mobile $ 29.99 plan also you should be able to use the N800 Internet Tablet to get to the Internet without any issues, provided that you are able to ' pair ' them with each other.

I had used the very same T-Mobile plan ( mentioned above ) till recently
( this plan, a Nokia 3650 Phone and Nokia 770 IT ) and surfed the web ( at GPRS Speeds ) as I pleased. The settings were similar, as mentioned above, but for the Proxy Server name ( I used ' getmorespeed.voicestream.com ' ).

Things were working well till the update to the Nokia OS 2006 ( OS 2006 Edition Version 1.2006.26-8 & OS 2006 Edition Version 2.2006.39-14 ).
During these two builds, for some reason ( perhaps due to conflicting
T-Mobile issues ) I could not get to the Internet.

It all started working again with ' OS 2006 Edition Version 3.2006.49-2 '. Also, I deleted all the above Proxy information and can connect without any of the above but for a name for my connection.

Now, I use a Nokia 6682 phone paired to Nokia 770 ( very latest Nokia OS ) and surf the web ( at EDGE Speeds ) without issues. ;)
