You mean 3G video call? Then no. Not yet.
You can do video chat using google talk.

It's not supported, at least at the moment.

have you video called someone, recorded video call to a file ?
Need reference to a manual on video calls in N900 to see what can be done while video calling or picking up a video call.

need real video call on N900m experience sharing

It can be used in google chat sessions. The person on the other end has to start the video session apparently - there is a thread on the boards somewhere regarding it.
