Phone not starting up

Good Morning and Happy Lunar New Year. I need some help desperately. I tried turning on my phone and guess what? It just keeps restarting and if I hear the Nokia start up tune one more time, I might go MAD!
The phone appears to go through the start up cycle, the hands touch and guess what? It does is again!!! I have tried taking out the battery, removing sim card, plugging in the phone, turning it off and on multiple times and still nothing. Please, please help me

Download flasher from here:

FIrmware (.bin) from here:

Downloda the pr 1.1 firmware, but it to the installation folder of Flasher 3.5 (Should be C:\Program files\\maemo\flasher-3.5)

Open CMD, type " cd "%ProgramFiles%\maemo\flasher-3.5 "

Make sure your N900 is powered down, has full battery etc, and isn't plugged to your computer.

Then use this command to flash it

flasher-3.5.exe -F RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_COMBINED_MR0_ARM.bin -f -R

CMD should say "Waiting"

Then, hold the "U" Button on your N900, and plug it in.
