Radio Xmit icon

The new radio Xmitter icon is ugly and I don't like it.

Does anybody know where the image file is so I can swap it with another?

If you mean the icon in the status area next to the battery and signal strength icons:
Look for general_fm_transmitter.png in
/usr/share/icons/hicolor/18x18/hildon
