VGBA can't find my roms

I have a problem with VGBA in the fact that it can't find the roms I put on my n900.

3 different games (extension .gba so I don't think there's a problem there) but VGBA won't recognise them. Can't even spot them when I open the program and go to the map the files are in.

Does any1 have a tip for me? Or just a slap and a finger in the right direction?

the vgba only recognise old GBA games.
i believe the 3 .gba are not the correct ones that VGBA can run.
i played pokemon green\red\bule\fire red\leave green, they ran perfect.

After one of the updates (cant remember if it was one of the PR's or VGBA updates), this happened to me with pokemon emerald.

I just browse to the rom from the file manager and choose it to open with emulator, works perfectly from then on - no biggie.

Try to open the ROM itself, it'll ask you what app.
Then pick VGBA

guys for some reason even after trying to pick the rom then vgba my emerald still wont load ? any ideas ? thx
