Em, I don't get why if it's ARM it got to be symbian? symbian is an OS and ARM is a CPU. Who said that one CPU can only run a particular OS?
BTW, I'm Thai too, and just compiled my own kernel for n800 w/ tis620 in the kernel. I'll probably will try looking into the themes and see if I can change the fonts to have it read Thai. Or if you already done that, drop me a line.
