View n900 screen from PC via VNC: screen turns black

Hi,
i'm connecting from my pc to my n900 via VNC which works great until after awhile the screen on the n900 turns black. After i touch the screen its ok again. I guess it has something to do with power-saving mode but i couldn't find the settings to turn it off.
Do you know how to keep the connection running without blach-screens?

there is a screen brightness app that will allow you to keep your device alive without blacking out :D
