Making themes is relatively complicated. If you want to request something specific, post in the Theme Section (http://talk.maemo.org/forumdisplay.php?f=49).

Actually I want my own background. But whenever I change a Theme, the background change automatically. If I reselect the previous one. It shows the background of original theme and not that of mine..wht is the solution?

in the desktop settings, you can choose your own background. is that what you are after?

I can choose my own background

But When I change the theme, the background changes also. And evem If I reselect the previous theme, my previous background not get selected, rather the default background of that theme is selected.

When you change the theme, go to desktop settings and change the background again.

thats because themes have backgrounds. im pretty sure my old n82 did this too.

Changing themes changes background to what ever theme you change to if you manually selection backgrounds you have to do it again.
