Video takes 10 minutes to load

I have had some problems with a video file, encoded as described on the maemo.org wiki, but put together from to separate files, which causes a 10 minutes wait before playback starts.

All other videos I have thrown at it, have started playing within less than a minute.

Has anybody seen anything like it?
