Help! Can't upload themes to extras-devel...

I've been going through this tutorial to upload a theme to extras-devel:

Every time I try, however, the build fails. Here's the log file:

Any ideas what is causing the build to fail? Do I need to get an updated template for PR1.2 or something? I'd love to start making themes and this is all that is getting in the way :(

He is using the old template. It was updated last week. I updated http://wiki.maemo.org/MADDE/Theme_building will the write template but stskeep hasn't updated his blog.
