Mail unexpectedly closing.

Hi!

When i get a notification of new e-mail in my contacts menu, i click on that icon, the menu opens up, i scroll down and click on the new mail and mail launches.
Then i decide to delete the mail, this is when Mail closes unexpectedly. Mail is not deleted.
I can delete mail when i launch mail from the normal menu.

Any suggestions?
