Is anyone else tempted by the HTC desire?

I love my N900 and it is a great phone mainly because it is so open!

But does anyone else feel themselves being drawn towards the HTC desire?

Desire is a great device. I'd love to have one. If I did, I would be tempted by the N900 :)

Just enjoy the device you have. Each device has it good points and its down sides. If you're buying a new one, research a little and choose the one you like more. If you already have one, don't drool over the others :) They are all so powerful and cool, be happy to be able to use any of them.

Yes definitely. n900 is quite good but I think android is better with more commercial apps. desire seems so thin and has digital compass too. But not divx as far as I know.

I tested it at local store and as all android phones there the interface seems to be somewhat slow to taste. Not interested.

I do like the look of it, but the web browser is not a full one like the N900, plus it Android OS currently only allows 120Mb for apps, it doesn't allow you to install apps on the memory card either..

Nope. but I am getting an Incredible and a Droid. Whichever has the best radio reception is a keeper :)
